  • All raffle tickets for door prizes are FREE.

 

  • All event attendees will receive one raffle ticket upon check-in.

 

  • Attendees will have the opportunity to earn additional raffle tickets throughout the day by attending different events (rehearsals, sectionals, clinics, performances, etc.).
     

  • Donated items will be sorted into the following 6 categories: flute, oboe, bassoon, clarinet, saxophone, and general music. Attendees will choose which of these categories they would like to place their raffle tickets in.
     

  • Attendees must be present to win door prizes. Winners of donations with the highest retail value will be announced during the evening concert; all other donation winners will be announced before dinner.
